In order to have a natural beautiful skin you should make sure you are applying these important rules:
1- Drink a lot of water: a minimum of 1L per day
2- Exercising: gym, jogging, walking
3- Control what you eat: eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
4- Use basics skin care: cleanser, exfoliate,mask, face cream...
5- Consult a specialist when you have a skin problem
